Yes. Signing up for the Alphalearn Portal is free and requires no credit card. Then open your user profile in the Alphalearn Portal (top right) → Product plan → “Start Free Trial”. This lets you test the Professional plan free for 14 days.
We count the learners who are in your learning platform in a given month and have access to the AI tutor – whether or not they actually use it. Basic covers up to 100 learners, Professional up to 250. For more than 250 learners, there is the Enterprise plan with a flexible number of learners.
No. AI usage is included in your plan’s monthly credit allowance, so you don’t need your own contract with an AI provider. In the Enterprise plan, you can optionally bring your own API key (BYOK): you then use your own key and pay for AI usage directly to the provider.
